SEMINAR TAX AMNESTY

     This is my third certificate following the seminar on campus gunadarma university. In talking this certificate I should follow the seminar conducted by BEM Faculty of Economics on November 21,2016.This seminar about tax-themed “tax amnesty” in this seminar I taught and told by a the resource person  to better know what’s a tax amnesty?. Because an awful lot of people are wrong about tax amnesty.

       In his speech he the resource person explained about the notion of a Tax Amnesty, procedure, rights and the obligation of communities which participated a tax amnesty and various other things related tax amnesty."The Amnesty tax/tax amnesty is the abolition of taxes that should have been payable, not subject to taxation and administrative sanctions criminal sanctions in the field of taxation by way of uncovering treasure and pay the ransom money," explainedWaluyo.
As for the terms of the following Tax Amnesty is:
1. Have an NPWP
2. Pay the ransom
3. Have to report annual tax year PPh SPT final
4. Pay off the entire arrears (including branches) and
5. Unplug the petition
6. Affidavit divert and invest treasure into the realm of SO. (Special repatriation)

       
I’m so glad can follow Gunadarma University Campus in seminar which in habit yourse if.Inaddition to fulfilling the requirements for a hearing at the end of a semester later,following the seminar can also add science and experience provided by the  resource person speaker  at the seminar.The story of my first experience a short seminar on the campus of the University’s own Gunadarma.Thanks You.
